Jagged Edge New Orleans reviews
Good line-up but execution could be better
The line-up on paper was great, acts that bring back those good R&B 90s-2000s vibes and honestly quality of music that we don't hear enough anymore so when me and my wife saw this event happening in our neck of the woods we did not hesitate to jump on it. My wife loves Jagged Egde, Lloyd and Bobby V, I go back to the older generation like Donnell Jones, Shai and Hollister. Getting to the event was a little confusing but that had nothing to do with the event organizers thats just Miami generally, the ticket check-in process was effortless and well organized so there was no problem getting to our seats.
The audio could have been better projected to the upper level as it sounded "echoey" the stage light effects were okay but they could have done more to build up to excitement to the artist like show a graphic projected with the name, pic or even flashback to the music videos we remember jamming these songs to..besides that some artist rushed through the hits like Llyod who should have got more stage time however for me he was the highlight, his energy and showmanship were second to none, Jagged Edge did their thing and their vocals were great just wished they did more songs like the lets get married orginal then go into the remix, however I was happy to know that these guys are still touring and they sounded great. For the price I paid for the tickets I am satisfied but I would be disappointed to pay more for closer seats for the 3 hours or so of performances I got..the avatar way of water movie was actually longer than this concert. Regardless it was memorable but not wow.
